The dashboard and encoding queue

When you log in, the dashboard gives you the day's picture at a glance, and the sidebar is your map to everything else.

The sidebar, briefly

• Reports — sales, daily stats, payouts, traffic, downloads, VOD, and favorites.
• Members — view and add members.
• Content — upload and encode videos and photos, manage your library, and pick featured scenes.
• Models and Tags — the people in your content and the categories members browse.
• Comments, Blog, Socials — engagement and X (Twitter) posting.
• Promo Materials — marketing assets and photo galleries.
• Tools — cache clearing and other utilities.

The encoding queue

Everything you upload goes through encoding — the process that converts your files into streaming-ready formats. The Encoding Queue (visible in the top bar) shows what's currently processing:

• Jobs run in the background — you can keep working while they process.
• Long videos and large photo sets take longer; the queue works through jobs in order.

If something looks stuck for an unusually long time, give the queue a little while first, then contact support with the content title if it doesn't clear.

Announcements and news

Platform news appears in the header — worth a glance when the icon lights up, since it's how we announce new features and maintenance windows.
