Managing your members

Everything about the people paying you lives under Members.

Viewing members

Members → View Members shows your member list. Open a member to see their full record:

• Name, membership status (allowed/expired), and expiry date
• First visit, last visit, and last login
• Location, devices, and browser
• Their activity: downloads, favorites, and comments

Adding members manually

Add New Member creates an account directly — for collaborators, test accounts, or fixing a signup that needs a hand. You can also add a purchased video to a member's account manually if a VOD purchase needs sorting out.

Knowing your VIPs

Cross-reference with Reports → Downloads → Top Members and Reports → VOD → Top Customers — the members who download and buy the most are the heart of your business. Consistent releases are what keep them around.
