Content documents (2257 compliance)

Adult content requires age and identity records for everyone appearing in it — the 2257 requirement. YPP CMS stores these records alongside your content.

Uploading documents

1. Open the scene (or use the Content Documents area).
2. Upload the 2257 paperwork — performer IDs and signed releases — for the people in that content.
3. Documents are stored securely with the content record; they are never shown publicly.

What you need for each performer

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID
• A signed model release / consent form

Why it matters

• It's the law — records must exist for all published adult content.
• Billers check — payment processors expect proper records behind the content they bill for.
• It protects everyone — you, your models, and your business.

Make document upload part of your content workflow — attach paperwork when the scene is created, not "later." If you're unsure whether your records are sufficient, contact support before publishing.
