Each scene has a set of visuals beyond the video itself — and they're what convince a visitor to click. Manage them all from the scene's edit page.
Thumbnails
- Content Thumbnail — the main image shown in content listings. Click the image on the edit page to replace it.
- Video Player Thumbnail — the poster frame shown in the player before playback.
- Screenshots — generated automatically during encoding; click any to promote it to thumbnail. You can also upload a custom image and crop it right in the CMS.
Trailers
The Content Trailer is the preview visitors can watch before joining:
- Create one from the uploaded video — set the start point, duration (in seconds), and dimensions — or upload a separate trailer file.
- A short, punchy trailer sells better than a long one: tease, don't give it all away.
Sample photos
Add sample photos — preview stills visitors can see. For photo scenes, the gallery itself is built during encoding.
Quick wins
- Every scene should have a trailer and a strong thumbnail before it's published.
- Use the Has NO Trailer filter to find scenes with gaps — see Managing and filtering your library.
- Bright, sharp, close-up thumbnails outperform dark or busy ones.
