How to contact support

Support is available from anywhere in your dashboard.

Where to find it

1. Click your profile menu in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
2. Choose one of the two support options:
   • Live Support — chat with our team live.
   • Contact Us — send us a support message; we'll get back to you by email.

What to include

The more specific you are, the faster we can help:

• For content issues: the scene title and roughly when you uploaded it.
• For site issues: the exact page URL and what you expected to see.
• For billing or member issues: the member's username or email.
• Screenshots are always welcome.
