When you schedule a scene or an X post, the time you pick is interpreted in your time zone. You set that once in your account.
Where to set it
- Open your profile menu (top-right) → Account Settings.
- Find the time zone selector — you can search it.
- Pick your zone and save.
The default is America/New York. If you're somewhere else, change this before you schedule anything — it's the difference between a release going out at 9 PM your time and 9 PM Eastern.
What it affects
- Scene publish dates — scheduling an upload or editing a scene's release time.
- The release calendar — dates and times shown in calendar view.
- Scheduled X posts.
Times are labeled with your zone throughout, so you can confirm at a glance what you're setting.
One exception: promotional offers
Limited-time offer start and end times are always EST (UTC−05:00), regardless of your account time zone. The offer form says so beneath the fields. If you're not on Eastern time, convert before setting your dates — see Running a limited-time offer on a membership plan.
Good to know
- This is a per-user setting, so each person with access to your admin can set their own.
- It changes how times are displayed and entered — it doesn't move anything you've already scheduled.
- After changing it, double-check anything you scheduled earlier so the times still read the way you intended.
