Want to run a promotional price for a holiday, a launch, or a slow week? Timed offers let a discounted plan temporarily take the place of one of your normal plans, then switch back automatically.
How it works
You create the offer plan at the promotional price, set its start and end dates, and choose which existing plan it replaces. While the offer runs, visitors see the offer plan on your join page instead of the regular one. When it ends, your normal plan returns — you don't have to remember to switch it back.
Setting one up
- Go to Business → Pricing and create the plan you want to offer, at your promotional price.
- Turn on "Offer this plan for a limited time."
- Set the start and end date/time. Offer times are always EST (UTC−05:00) — this one ignores your account time zone, so convert first if you're elsewhere. See Setting your time zone for scheduling.
- Choose the plan it replaces — this must be a visible plan with the same duration and tier.
- Save.
Offer status
Each offer plan shows where it stands:
- Scheduled — set up and waiting for its start time.
- Offer live — currently showing on your join page.
- Ended — finished; your regular plan is back.
- Needs attention — something didn't save correctly. Contact support if this doesn't clear.
You can cancel an offer early if you change your mind.
Tips
- Promote the end date — a deadline is what converts. Pair it with an announcement bar and a countdown.
- Discount a longer plan rather than your monthly: you get more cash up front and keep the member longer.
- Don't run offers constantly, or your regular price stops being believable.
