Understanding your payouts and reports

Your dashboard gives you a clear picture of what you're earning and where it comes from. Here's how to read the numbers.

Payouts

The Business → Payouts page shows your monthly earnings overview, broken down by:

• Join amount — revenue from new signups.
• Rebill amount — revenue from recurring subscription renewals.
• Refund loss — any amounts refunded to members.
• Affiliate — earnings related to affiliate traffic.
• Site profit — your bottom line for the month.

Use the date range picker to look at any period, and the monthly breakdown chart to spot trends.

Reports

The Reports section goes deeper:

• Overview — the big picture at a glance.
• Traffic — visits by day, countries, devices, and where your visitors come from (referrers). Great for seeing which promotion actually works.
• Sales & Transactions — every transaction, with conversion ratios and averages per member.
• VOD Purchases — pay-per-view sales and averages per scene.
• Favorites — what members are favoriting, with 30-day trends. This tells you which content to make more of.
• Comments — engagement activity and your most active commenters.
• Downloads — what's being downloaded and how often.

Making the numbers work for you

• Check Traffic → referrers weekly: double down on sources that convert, drop ones that don't.
• High favorites + high downloads on a theme? That's your audience telling you what to shoot next.
• Watch rebills relative to joins — strong rebills mean happy members; if rebills sag, focus on consistency of new content.
