You don't need a designer to get a polished homepage banner. Upload a few of your own photos, and the AI builds a hero banner from them — in your site's theme colours, with your own wording across it.
Generating a banner
- Go to Site → Sections and open the Single Featured Scene Hero settings.
- Set Content source to Custom assets, then open the custom hero image and switch to the Generate tab.
- Add or drop 1–3 of your own images. They can be safe-for-work or explicit — these are just the source material.
- Pick a style, add banner text and a prompt if you want (both optional).
- Click Generate banner and wait — it takes up to a minute.
- Click Use this image on the result you like, then Save.
Not quite right? Generate another gives you a different take on the same inputs.
Styles
Choose the look: Auto, Cinematic, Neon night, Luxury editorial, Clean minimal, Modern, or Fun. Auto lets the AI pick what suits your images.
Banner text and prompt
- Banner text — wording to place on the banner, for example "Welcome to my site."
- Prompt — describe the scene or setting you want, for example "rooftop at night with city lights."
Both are optional. With neither, the AI works from your images and chosen style alone.
"Keep people exactly as uploaded"
This toggle is off by default, and it decides how your photos are used:
- Off — the AI restages the people from your photos into a single new scene. More creative freedom, and usually a better-looking banner.
- On — the people are cut out of your photos unchanged and placed into the banner. Use this when it matters that performers look exactly as they do in the source images.
Nothing is saved until you choose
Generated images aren't stored while you're experimenting. A result shows "Not saved yet. Pick it, then click Save" until you select it — so generate as many as you like and only the one you keep is saved, exactly as if you'd uploaded it.
Other hero settings worth knowing
- Get Full Access button — show or hide the call-to-action button on your hero.
- Banner link — send clicks on the banner wherever you choose.
- Show on — display the hero on your tour only, the members area only, or both. Useful for running a join-focused banner publicly and something different for members.
Tips
- Give it your sharpest, best-lit photos — the AI builds from what you provide, so good inputs matter more than a clever prompt.
- Keep banner text short. A few words read well at banner size; a sentence doesn't.
- Generate several and compare them in the preview before saving.
- For dimensions and file guidance on uploading your own banner instead, see Custom hero image and video: specs and how to upload.
