Adding custom sections to any page of your site

Beyond the built-in blocks, you can add your own custom sections — a grid of scenes from a category, a block of text, an image, or embedded content — and drag them anywhere in a page's order.

This works on every page, not just your homepage: Home, Scenes, Trailer, Photos, Performers, Bio, Join, and About each have their own set of custom sections.

Adding a section

1. Go to Site → Structure.
2. Use the page selector to choose the page you want to add to.
3. Click Add Custom Section.
4. Choose a Section Type and fill in its settings (below).
5. Click Add Section, then drag it into the position you want among that page's other sections.
6. Click Publish Changes to make it live.

Sections belong to the page you added them to — adding one to Photos doesn't put it on Home.

The four section types

Scenes Grid

Shows scenes from a category you pick — perfect for a "Solo Cams" or "Behind the Scenes" row.

• Category — required. Pick which category's scenes appear. (Without one the section would show every scene on your site, so it can't be saved until you choose.)
• Section Variant — the overall layout of the row/grid.
• Item Variant — how each individual scene card looks.
• Per Page / Items Shown — how many scenes to show, 1–60 (12 by default). The label changes depending on the option below.
• Items per row — how many scenes sit side by side in each row of the grid.
• Heading and Subheading — optional title text above the grid.

It stays current by itself: any new scene you tag with that category appears in the section automatically.

Page numbers or a Show More link

You choose what happens when there are more scenes than the grid displays:

• Page numbers (default) — visitors page through the results in place. The count you set is the Per Page number.
• Show More link — the grid shows a fixed set (Items Shown) with a button underneath that sends visitors somewhere else.

If you pick Show More link, two more fields appear:

• Link — where the button goes. Use a path on your own site like /videos, or a full https:// address. The button stays hidden until you add a link, so don't skip this.
• Label — the button text, up to 80 characters. Defaults to "Show More" — but something specific like "See all solo scenes" usually gets more clicks.

Rule of thumb: use page numbers when the section is the destination and you want people browsing the whole category there. Use Show More for a teaser row — a handful of scenes on your homepage with a button through to the full page.

Rich Text

A block of formatted written content — a welcome message, an announcement, a personal note to members.

Image

A single image with optional alt text (describes the image for accessibility and search engines), an optional link to send clicks somewhere, and optional width/height.

Embed Code

Paste embed code from another service to drop third-party content onto the page.

Ideas for pages other than Home

• Join — a rich text block answering the question that stops people signing up, or an image showing what's inside.
• Scenes — a scenes grid of your best work above the full listing, so new visitors see your strongest content first.
• Photos — a row of your most popular sets.
• Bio / Performers — a personal note, or a grid of that performer's category.
• About — your story, links, or an embedded video introduction.

Editing and removing

Custom sections sit in the same drag list as the built-in sections on that page, so you can reorder or hide them the same way. Click a custom section to edit its settings.

One thing to note: you can't change a section's type after creating it — if you need a different type, delete the section and add a new one.

Custom section or custom page?

• Custom section — appears within an existing page, in the order you choose. Best for adding to a page visitors already reach.
• Custom page — its own page with its own address and navigation link. Best for a full dedicated area of your site. See How to add a new content section to your site.

Many creators use both: a homepage row that teases a category, plus a full page for browsing all of it.

Make sure you clicked Publish Changes, then click Clear Cache in the sidebar and hard-refresh your browser — see Content not showing up on your site? Clear the cache.
