You published a scene, tagged it for a page, or made an edit — and your site still shows the old version. Nine times out of ten, the fix is one click: Clear Cache.
Where it is
In your dashboard sidebar, near the bottom of the menu, click Clear Cache and confirm. It clears the cache for the site you're currently working on, and you'll see a confirmation when it's done.
Why this happens
Your site keeps ready-made copies of its pages (a cache) so it loads fast for visitors. When you add or change content, the cached copy can keep being served for a while — so your new video is there, it's just hiding behind an older snapshot of the page.
The fix, in order
- Click Clear Cache in the sidebar and confirm.
- Hard-refresh your browser on the site page: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) / Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) — your own browser keeps its own cached copy too.
- Check the page again — your content should be there.
If it's still not showing after a cache clear
- Confirm the scene is published (not scheduled for a future date) and finished encoding.
- If it should appear on a category page or custom section, confirm the scene is tagged with that category (quick edit → categories).
- Still stuck? Open your profile menu (top-right) → Contact Us with the scene title and the page where it should appear — we'll dig in.
