What are the file size upload limits?

Here are the upload limits for every file type on the platform, in one place.

Limits at a glance

• Scene videos (main content): no fixed size limit. The uploader sends your file in many parallel chunks, so even very large files (full-length 4K scenes) upload reliably — bigger files just take longer.
• Trailers: up to 500MB, any common video format (auto-converted to MP4).
• Photos (individual images): up to 50MB each — JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP.
• Photo sets as ZIP: up to 500MB per ZIP file.
• Thumbnails: up to 10MB — JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP.
• Custom hero video/image: no enforced limit, but keep the hero light — see Custom hero image and video: specs and how to upload for recommendations.

Tips for large uploads

• Keep the browser tab open until the upload reaches 100% — processing continues on our side after that.
• Uploading several huge files? Do them in sequence rather than all at once for the most reliable results.
• There's no need to pre-compress your main videos — upload your highest-quality master and let encoding produce the streaming versions.
