Your content library can be viewed three ways, and each one is good at something different. Switch between them with the View buttons at the top of Content → Scenes.
Grid view
Your scenes as thumbnails — the default, and the closest thing to seeing your library the way members do.
Best for: checking that your thumbnails actually look good together, spotting scenes with weak or missing artwork, and browsing visually when you don't know a title offhand.
List view
A compact table with columns for the scene, its media, details, activity, and actions.
Best for: working through a lot of scenes quickly — sorting, scanning statuses, and bulk edits. When you're tagging, pricing, or publishing in batches, this is the view to use (see Bulk actions: editing many scenes at once).
Calendar view
Your scenes laid out on a month calendar by publish date, so you can see your release schedule at a glance — which weeks are full, which are empty.
Best for: planning your publishing rhythm and rescheduling releases.
- Each scene appears as a chip on its publish date, with its status.
- Click a chip to jump to that scene in your library.
- Empty days show "No scenes scheduled for this date" — a useful nudge when you spot a gap.
Rescheduling by drag and drop
In calendar view you can move a release without opening it:
- Drag the scene's chip from its current day.
- Drop it on the new date.
The publish date updates immediately, and the time of day is preserved — a scene set to go out at 9:00 PM still goes out at 9:00 PM on its new date, so your posting schedule stays consistent.
Moving a scene to a different month
You don't have to change the month first. Pick up the chip and hold it over the month arrow (◀ or ▶) — the calendar flips through months while you hold it there. When you reach the month you want, drop the scene on the day.
Your view is remembered
The view you choose is kept in the page address and remembered for next time, so you come back to the same view you left. It also means you can bookmark or share a link to a specific view and set of filters.
Tips
- Plan in calendar view, produce in list view, and do a final look in grid view before a release goes out.
- Use the calendar to keep a steady cadence — consistency is the strongest driver of members renewing.
- A scene has to be published (with a future date) to show as Scheduled. Unpublished scenes won't appear as upcoming releases — see My site looks empty — publishing your scenes.
