Managing your members

The Audience → Members page is your member roster — everyone who has joined your site, subscribers and pay-per-view buyers alike.

Browsing your members

• Filter by status to see active members, expired members, or everyone.
• Switch to VOD Members to see fans who've bought individual scenes.
• Search to find a specific member.

Member details

Click any member to see their full picture:

• Subscription info — plan, join date, and next rebill date.
• Spending — total spent across subscriptions and purchases.
• Activity — visits, videos watched, page views, and devices used.
• How they found you — first-visit referral information.

This is gold for knowing your VIPs: a fan with a high total spend and frequent visits deserves a personal touch, like a reply or a direct message.

Adding a member manually

Need to give someone access directly — a collaborator, or a fan whose signup needs a hand? Use Add Member to create an account yourself.

Keeping members happy

• Consistency beats volume: a reliable release schedule is the #1 reason members stay subscribed.
• Use the Upcoming section (scheduled scenes) so members always see what's coming next.
• Reply to comments and messages — members who feel seen renew.
