Going live is the closest your fans get to hanging out with you — and it's built right into your site. Members watch your stream and chat with you in real time.
Getting set up
- Go to Audience → Live.
- If live streaming isn't enabled on your account yet, click Request access.
- Once enabled, review your Stream settings — then you're ready to go live.
During your stream
- Live chat — members chat alongside the stream, with fun extras like emotes and stickers.
- Moderation — hover over any message in chat to take action, and block users who misbehave. You can review and unblock from your blocked users list.
- Tips — members can support you during streams with token purchases.
Letting fans know you're live
Turn on stream push notifications so fans who opted in get a heads-up the moment you go live. Announcing on X (Twitter) right before you start helps too — see Managing your links and social accounts.
After the stream
Your stream history keeps track of past sessions. Streams can be recorded, so a live show can become on-demand content afterward.
Tips for great streams
- Schedule streams at a consistent time so fans build the habit.
- Greet people by name as they join the chat — it transforms the energy.
- Tease what's coming later in the stream to keep viewers around.
