What your members see: a tour of your site

It helps to know your site the way your members do — especially when a fan asks you a question. Here's what the member side looks like.

Browsing

Visitors can browse your videos, photos, performers, and categories, watch trailers, and use search to find content. Your blog and custom pages are public too.

Joining

The join page shows your membership perks and plan options (including any trials). If you've enabled free registration, visitors can also create a free account. Members who start on a lower plan can upgrade later.

Member features

• Favorites — members can favorite scenes and build their own list.
• Downloads — where allowed, members can download content to keep for offline viewing.
• Purchases — pay-per-view scenes bought with a one-time payment, collected on a purchases page.
• Upcoming — scheduled releases appear ahead of time so members know what's coming.
• Comments — members can comment on scenes (you moderate from your dashboard).
• Live — your live streams, with chat, and a wallet for buying tokens to tip during streams.
• Support — a support page where members can get help with their account or billing.

• Members asking about billing or login issues can be pointed to your site's support page.
• Check your own site regularly on your phone — most members visit on mobile.
